Our mission is anchored by three essential pillars: Intergenerational, Innovation, and International. Each plays a pivotal role in our approach to rejuvenate men's spiritual growth and address the evolving challenges faced today.
Intergenerational
Man in the Mirror is working to create a culture of intergenerational discipleship through the Ten Thousand Spiritual Fathers (XSF) mentoring initiative. We worked with anthropologists, sociologists, theologians, and a field team of 50 men nationwide to discover how to best empower local churches for men’s discipleship.
Innovation
As culture, communication, and technology evolve at an unprecedented pace, Man in the Mirror recognizes the importance of adapting its resources and approaches accordingly. Mirror Labs is at the forefront of this adaptation, conducting in-depth research into the issues younger men face in today's dynamic cultural landscape and developing solutions grounded in the latest findings and trends.
